Welcome to Yearli Portal

Yearli Portal is the latest and most advanced paperless recipient delivery program from Yearli by Greatland, utilizing a unique, secure, cloud-based infrastructure, with a separate account for managers and another for recipients.

Below is a guide to commonly asked questions regarding Yearli Portal Management.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Provide secure access to your account by enrolling in at least one form of multi-factor authentication (MFA): (1) Phone, (2) Text or (3) Google Authentication. To Update Your Multi-Factor Authentication:

  1. Login to Yearli Portal
  2. Click "Settings" in the left navigation
  3. Select Multi-Factor Authentication
  4. Choose one or more MFA options using the toggle switch

Upload Your Data in 5 Steps

You may upload tax data using Yearli Portal or an SFTP account. If you would like to use an SFTP account please submit a Support Ticket. Files will be processed within 24 hours. Once processing is complete an email will be sent with instructions on how to approve your file(s).

  1. Login to Yearli Portal

  2. Upload your forms

  3. Complete the required fields

  4. Choose the file to upload

  5. Upload to Review Data

Yearli Team Management

A team is a group of users working towards the same goal, creating and filing forms. A team can be created based on location, department, permissions or access to payers or form types.

Using a team will establish workflow management, security and efficiency and organization allowing multiple users to work simultaneously. The established workflow allows for employees to create specific forms and for the administrator users to e-file them. Using a team allows payers to be accessed by the appropriate team and the team members.

Advanced Reporting

Reports are printable for your records only and cannot be filed with any government agency. The detail and summary reports can be printed prior to the checkout process or after the forms are submitted. Print Services

Yearli Portal's Print Service section enables Management Users to submit their printing preferences for each enrolled form type. This form must be submitted annually in Oct. to ensure your selections are updated for the print vendor.
