Greatland Corporation Acquires Information Returns, Inc.
Greatland Corporation has acquired New Hampshire-based Information Returns, Inc., a company specializing in W-2 and 1099 filing software and support.
Information Returns has been providing businesses with 1099 and W-2 support services for more than 35 years through its popular Quick and Easy software. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Information Returns has built a strong reputation, providing federal and state W-2 and 1099 filing capabilities for a range of businesses,” said Kerry Mungons, President and CEO of Greatland Corporation. “This acquisition continues to grow our market share while bringing our full product offering to Information Returns’ established customer base.”
In the coming months, Information Returns customers will be transitioned to Greatland’s Yearli platform. Yearli offers the most complete federal, state and recipient wage and information reporting platform for businesses, accountants, and related service providers in the market.
