Greatland, one of the country’s leading providers of W-2 and 1099 products for businesses, announced today that it has acquired California-based TaxFormStore.net. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based just outside San Francisco, TaxFormStore.net has provided year-end reporting forms and software to a wide range of businesses and organizations nationally for more than 17 years.

With the acquisition, TaxFormStore.net customers will seamlessly transition to Greatland’s offering of W-2, 1099, and 1095 paper forms, along with its Yearli online filing platform.
